Stamp Prices Rise on May 11th
The cost to mail that letter is about to go up again on May 11th. It would probably be a good idea to go down to the post office, and buy a roll of Forever Stamps this week.On May 11 the price for a 1-ounce First-Class Mail stamp will increase from 42¢ to 44¢. Prices for other mailing services — Standard Mail, Periodicals, Package Services (including Parcel Post), and Extra Services — will also change.
