Elk City Spring Clean Up Week
It's spring clean up week in Elk City, April 27, 2009-May 2, 2009:
The City of Elk City will allow the residents of Elk City free dumping at the landfill during the week of April 27, 2009-May 2, 2009. Simply show your current water bill and any amount of residential trash or limbs (no roofing or remodeling trash) will be accepted at the landfill. All loads must be under a tarp, tied down or bagged.www.elkcity.com
During the week of May 4, 2009-May 8, 2009 the City will pick up items that you were unable to deliver to the landfill during the free week of dumping. There will be a limit of two items per household. Please call in all collection requests to the City Shop at 225-1414. All Requests must be called in by May 1, 2009.
